To indicate our daily or regular activities

Ex.

I get up at 6 daily.

Many people visit angelforenglish blog daily.

To explain or hobbies and habits

Ex.

Generally,  I take tea.

We play basket ball on every Sunday.

To indicate/show/present Truths/Maths-Science principles/Geographical happenings etc.

Ex.

The sun rises in the east.

Water boils at 100 c.

The earth attracts everything towards it.

To mention idioms and saying and phrases.

Ex.

Laugh and the world laughs with you, weep and you weep alone.

To explain the work of the professionals.

Ex.

Teacher teaches.

Driver drives.

Mechanic repairs.

Painter paints. Etc

To show confirmed actions of future.

Ex.

Our new batch starts tomorrow.

Next train leaves at 9:00.

To show some running actions, like

Here comes Kishan sir.

There go students, see.

To present continuous actions of movies/serials/books etc.

Ex.

Amitabh dies in Sholey but in Hakikat, Dharmendra dies
